Ortino Process Service provides full process service for the entire 20th Judicial Circuit of Southwest Florida.   One call “serves all” be it downtown Naples or the countryside in Hendry County.

Ortino Process has been servicing law firms in Southwest Florida for over twenty-five years with a proud record of successful serves and satisfied customers.

The process service division of Ortino Process Service is led by Managing Directors Lauren Gift and Rodney Nemitz, both manage this important business unit on a full time basis.  They are assisted by twelve certified  process servers.  All have completed their process education requirements, been tested and certified by the 20th Judicial Circuit and are highly experienced. This staff is comprised of dedicated process servers, not couriers and occasional part time servers.
